Catherine Winter, PE joins the Valerin team in the role of Public Involvement Manager. As a registered Professional Engineer, Catherine’s 18 years of experience has included developing roadway alignments and preparing design plans for construction projects, but her passion lies with educating and engaging residents, community leaders, and stakeholders. Catherine is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
